What You Need

  • 2 whole bananas

  • 2 scoops PlantYourDay

  • 1 cup steel cut oats

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 2 tablespoons mini cacao chips

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cashews or walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

    The Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, place parchment paper and spray it with avocado oil.

  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Add PlantYourDay, oats and peanut butter to the bananas and mix together. Next, add cacao chips and the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  3. Using an ice cream scooper or large spoon, place mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
