1 tablespoon organic coconut flour
2 ½ tablespoons organic unsweetened applesauce
½ tablespoon organic cacao nibs
2 teaspoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
A dash of sea salt
2 tablespoons organic shredded coconut
Optional: ¼ teaspoon almond extract
In a bowl, add the powder, coconut flour and sea salt, then whisk together.
Add the applesauce, almond milk and almond extract.
Stir until fluffy and mixed.
Fold the cacao chips into the mixture.
Make small, even balls using your hands. Roll the dough balls in the shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes or until semi-solid.
